The Swedish Trade Association for Online Gambling – BOS – welcomes the Swedish Consumer Agency’s approach to clarify with the proposed general advice how the marketing regulations in Swedish law should be interpreted. As representatives of around twenty gambling companies active in the Swedish gambling market, BOS share the Swedish Consumer Agency’s view that general advice can play an important role as an information carrier.
